Abstract

“el-Mukaddimâtü’l-Erbaa” Dört Mukaddime , İslâmî ilimler tarihinin post-klasik döneminin önemli tartışma konuları arasındadır. Sadrüşşerîa’nın et-Tavzîh isimli fıkıh usulü kitabında yer alan bu dört mukaddime, hüsn-kubh meselesi zemininde, insan davranışlarının ahlâkî ve hukukî temellerini araştırmaktadır. Başta Teftâzânî olmak üzere sonraki müelliflerin katkılarıyla zenginleşen ve müstakil bir literatür teşkil eden bu başlık altında irade, kudret, sorumluluk gibi dinî ve felsefî düşüncenin ezelî sorunları tartışılmıştır.

The Moral Dimensions of Actions According to the Philosophy of Islamic Law –Introduction to al-Muqaddimāt al-Arba‘a–

Abstract

The subject al-muqaddimāt al-arba‘a the four premises is one of the prominent matters of debate in the post-classical period of the history of Islamic sciences. These premises, which appeared in Sadrushsheria’s d. 747/1346 al-Tavdhīh, one of the most influential works on Islamic jurisprudence, are concerned with the ethical and legal foundations of human acts and behavior, in the context of husn and qubh. After the author of al-Tavdhīh, many other scholars such as Taftadhānī made contributions to this issue and gradually a literature developed; here, some of the ancient questions have been argued, for example, free will, human capacity and responsibility
