Sosyoloji, Politika ve Ekonomi [SPE]’ Bölümüne Doğru: Çalışma Ekonomisi ve Endüstri İlişkileri Bölümlerinin Yeniden Yapılanmasına İlişkin Bir Model Önerisi

Abstract

Çalışma ilişkileri ve sosyal politika disiplinleri, günümüz itibariyle, 21. yüzyıldaki geleceği açısından, sosyal bilimler alanındaki yeri ve önemini, reelpolitiğin yarattığı baskıları aşacak yeni bir [re]vizyon yaratarak korumak ya da halihazırda varolan mikro ölçek eksenli yönelimini sürdürerek metodolojik fırsat alanındaki erimeyi derinleştirmek gibi kritik bir yol ayrımında bulunmaktadır. Bu disiplinlerin fırsat alanındaki erimenin, yakın gelecek düzleminde, bu alanlarda yapılan çalışmaların modern sosyo ekonomi politiğin bileşenlerini özgün makro perspektiflerle analiz eden ve bu analizleri somut pratik [mikro] açılımlara dönüştürebilen bir dinamizm yaratması ile durdurulabileceğini öngören bu çalışma, bu tür bir dinamizmin nasıl yaratılabileceğine ilişkin bir analizi, metodoloji-müfredat ve gelecek üçgeninde yapmaktadır.

Towards the Department of 'Sociology, Politics and Economics': A Model Proposal for the Revision Attemtps of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations Departments in Turkey

Abstract

In terms of their future in the 21st century, the labor relations and social policy disciplines are nowadays on an overcritical turning point where their laborers will either redeem their scope and strategic position in social sciences through trenscending the pressures of realpolitic, or speed up the rapid meltdown in their methodological scope due to perpetuating their drift into micro direction. Suggesting that the so-called meltdown can only be surpassed by means of the fact that the studies on these academic areas pave the way for an influential dynamism to analyse the constituents of modern socio political economy via macro approaches proper to these areas and turning these analyses into practical [micro] formulas, this paper initiates to make such an analysis within the triangle of methodology, curriculum and the future.
