Emek – Sermayede Milliyet Ayrışması Ve Örnek Sektör Olarak Uluslar Arası Deniz Taşımacılığı

Abstract

Günümüzde emek ve organizatör sermayedar çoğu kez homojen milliyete sahip değildir. Sanayi inkılâbı sonrasında üretim organizatörleri ile işgücü arasındaki milliyet ayrışması, ulus kavramı sayesinde homojenleştirilmiştir. Günümüzde ise özellikle maliyet düşürmek için doğrudan yabancı sermaye yatırımları gelişmekte olan ülkelere yönelmektedir. Mevcut heterojenitenin homojen bir forma ulaştırılmasında ise, küreselleşme ve dünya vatandaşlığı kavramları kullanılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada ise, emek ve sermayedeki milliyet heterojenitesinin tespiti içi denizcilik sektörüne odaklanılmıştır. Çünkü global çapta emek – sermaye milliyet ayrışmasının hesaplanması için en elverişli sektörlerden birisi denizcilik sektörüdür. Denizcilik sektörü için yapılan ekonometrik uygulamalar sonucunda, global emek arzının gelişmekte olan ülkelerden temin edildiği, sermayeninse gelişmiş ülkelerden karşılandığı hesaplanmıştır. 21. yüzyıl boyunca emek ve sermaye arasında oluşan yeni milliyet ayrışmasının, “dünya vatandaşlığı” kavramıyla homojenleştirilmeye çalışılacağı görülmektedir.

National Heterogenity Of Labor -Capital And International Maritime As An Indicative Sector

Abstract

Labours and capitalists organizers for economic production are not mostly originated in unique nationality, today. After industrial revolution, national heterogeneity between production organizers and labours got to be homogeneous thanks to concept of nation. Especially, foreign direct investment has flowed from developed countries to developing countries to obtain easily production nowadays. Today, to achieve a homogeneous uniform current heterogeneity use for concepts of globalization and world citizenship. In this study, it is focused on international maritime sector for heterogeneity between labour and capital nationality. It is because that one of the most convenient sector to calculate the level of heterogeneity between labour and capital nationality is the international maritime. In conclusions of the econometrical analysis for international maritime sector, it was estimated that labour supply was provided from the developing countries and that capital supply was provided from the developed countries. During 21st century, it will be seen that the concept of global citizenship to provide national homogeneity will be able to be used in place of the national heterogeneity between labour and capital.
