SCHAUFELİ VE BAKKER TARAFINDAN GELİŞTİRİLMİŞ OLAN İŞE ANGAJE OLMA ÖLÇEĞİNİN TÜRKÇE’DE GÜVENİLİRLİK VE GEÇERLİLİĞİNİN ANALİZİ

Abstract
Araştırmada Schaufeli ve Bakker (2003) tarafından geliştirilmiş olan İşe Angaje Olma Ölçeği’nin kısa versiyonu çeviri ve geri-çeviri yöntemiyle Türkçe’ye tercüme edilerek 146 süpermarket çalışanının oluşturduğu bir örneklemden veri toplanmıştır. Örgütsel özdeşleşme, iş tatmini, duygusal örgütsel bağlılık ve işten ayrılma niyeti ölçekleri kullanılarak tercüme ölçeğin yakınsak ve ıraksak geçerliliği test edilmiştir. Elde edilen veri seti üzerinde yürütülen analizler, 9 maddelik tercüme ölçeğin güvenilir ve geçerli bir ölçüm aracı olduğunu göstermektedir. Kısıtlar ve gelecek çalışmalar için öneriler ayrıca tartışılmıştır.

Abstract
This study aimed to test the reliability and construct validity of Work Engagement Scale (UWES- short version) , which is developed by Schaufeli and Bakker, in Turkish. Data was collected in 146 employees from a supermarket chain in Bursa. Organisational identification , affective organizational commitment, turnover intention and Job satisfaction scales were used to examine convergent and discriminant validity. Statistical analysis results results support the measure’s reliability and validity in Turkish. Limitations and recomendations for future studies were also discussed.
