Stratejik İnsan Kaynakları Yönetimine Aşamalı Bir Bakış: Strateji, Sürdürülebilir Rekabetçi Üstünlük ve Kaynak Tabanlı Yaklaşımın Kesişme

Year 2012, Volume: 14 Issue: 4, 107 - 130, 01.12.2012

Abstract

Year 2012, Volume: 14 Issue: 4, 107 - 130, 01.12.2012

Abstract

The resource-based view, which mainly emphasizes to invest in human capital and differentiate from the rivals by using it as a strategic weapon, has begun receiving attention since the 1980’s due to fierce global competition. This study emphasizes the role of strategic human resource management as a means of achieving and sustaining competitive advantage in the context of resource-based view which is still in vogue. Another purpose of the study is to depict strategic human resource management by reviewing literature about the resource-based view which moots that through leveraging human -the strongest internal resource of the firm- the organizations can achieve strategic competitive advantage.
