Mikroborularda Tek Fazlı Laminer Su Akışında Viskoz Isınma Etkisinin Deneysel Olarak Belirlenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada tek fazlı laminer akışta viskoz ısınma etkisinin ortaya çıkarılması için çapları 50-150 mikrometre arasında değişen pürüzsüz ergimiş silika mikroborularla deneysel çalışmalar yapılmıştır. Deneyler adyabatik koşullarda gerçekleştirilerek viskoz ısınma nedeniyle oluşan sıcaklık artışları belirlenmiştir. Akış analizi, bir ticari hesaplamalı akışkanlar dinamiği programı olan Ansys CFX.12 ile gerçekleştirilmiş, elde edilen veriler, hem mevcut analitik model sonuçları hem de deneysel veriler ile karşılaştırmalı olarak sunulmuştur
