Nanokalsit ve Kabaran Alev Geciktirici İlaveli Rijit Poliüretan Köpüklerin Isıl İletkenlik, Isıl Bozunma ve Yanma Direncinin Deneysel İncelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, nanokalsit ve amonyum polifosfat / pentaeritritolden oluşan kabaran alev geciktirici madde rijit poliüretan köpüğe kütlece % 15 oranına kadar dolgu maddesi olarak ilave edilmiştir. Rijit poliüretan köpüğe nanokalsit ve kabaran alev geciktirici ilavesinin ısıl iletkenlik, ısıl bozunma ve UL 94 yatay yanma testi ile yanma direncine etkileri incelenmiştir. Ayrıca, üretimden sonra elli beş gün boyunca köpük malzemelerin ısı iletim katsayılarındaki değişimleri incelenmiştir. Nanokalsit ilavesi ısıl kararlılıkta ve ısıl iletkenlikte iyileşme yaptığı halde malzemenin yanma direncinin azalmasına sebep olduğu belirlenmiştir. Bununla birlikte, nanokalsit kabaran alev geciktirici ile birlikte köpük malzemeye ilave edildiğinde ısıl bozunma ve ısıl iletkenlikte dikkate değer bir problem olmadan köpük malzemenin yanma direnci artmaktadır. Nanokalsit / kabaran alev geciktirici ilaveli ve ilavesiz köpük malzemelerin ısıl iletkenlikleri zamanla artmaktadır
