Ethical Principles and Publication Policy

The articles accepted after the evaluation of the reviewers should be sent electronically together with the “Copyright Process Form” after they have been prepared by the printing format as described in the publication rules. With this form, it is confirmed that the paper is original and not sent for publishing in other journals or elsewhere. If the paper or some part of it is published elsewhere before, this also confirms that our journal has the right to publish it as well, which means we claim the right to publish it in the Journal of Thermal Science and Technology, and all the copyright is given to  Journal of Thermal Science and Technology.

Responsibilities of the Reviewers

3. Promptness: Any selected reviewer who feels unqualified or does not have time to review the research reported in a manuscript should notify the editor and excuse himself from the review process.

Submitting the same manuscript to more than one journal concurrently constitutes unethical behavior and is unacceptable.

6. Fundamental errors in published work: When an author discovers a significant error or inaccuracy in their own published work, it is the author’s obligation to promptly notify the journal editor or publisher and cooperate with the editor to retract or correct the paper if deemed necessary by the editor. If the editor or the publisher learns from a third party that a published work contains an error, it is the obligation of the author to cooperate with the editor, including providing evidence to the editor where requested.
