Abstract

The lymphangioma circumscriptum is a subtype of lymhangioma that formed by dilated lymphatic channels lined with endothel. Vulvar localization is rare. A 23-year-old woman admitted to our hospital with an excessive and irreguler bleeding. Clinical examination revealed welldefined, papulovesicular lesions over the vulva. Histologic examination of the lesion showed lymphangioma circumscriptum. It is reported with literature datas because of rare localization and clinical and histopathological similarity with some lesions

Öz

Lenfanjioma circumscriptum endotelle döşeli dilate lenfatik kanallardan oluşan lenfanjiomların bir alt tipidir ve vulvar lokalizasyonu nadirdir. Aşırı ve düzensiz kanama nedeni ile hastanemize başvuran 23 yaşında kadın hastanın fizik muayenesinde vulvada papüloveziküler lezyonlar tespit edildi. Materyalin histopatolojik incelenmesi sonucunda olguya lenfanjioma circumscriptum tanısı konuldu. Lenfanjioma circumscriptumun vulva lokalizasyonunun nadir olması, klinik ve histopatolojik olarak bazı lezyonlarla benzerliğinden dolayı olgu literatür bilgileri eşliğinde sunuldu.
