DIFFERENTIATION OF BEHAVİORAL VALUES BASED ON SOCIO-ECONOMIC STATUS GROUPS Abstract Socio-economic status delineates an individual's position within a given culture and society, determining their place within social circles and organizational structures. This status significantly impacts prestige, lifestyle, and social engagement. As an individual's societal status improves, concurrent increases in income typically directly influence their economic standing. Purpose: The aim of the study is to compare and position the concepts of social and economic status and to reveal the similarities and differences in terms of the determined features. The study focuses on socioeconomic status and its definitions. Methodology: In accordance with this, five study universes constituting the socio-economic categories were determined. (A, B, C1, C2, D, and E SES Categories) In order to analyze the behavioral values with the collected data, which variables were decisive was examined by statistical methods. Findings: The relationship of factors such as education, culture, behavior, and profession with socioeconomic factors was evaluated, and how social values were affected was examined in light of the data presented by Veloxity. Relevant data have been discussed and interpreted. Conclusions: In line with these findings, the effect of social-economic status on behavioral value variables will be discussed. Sosyo-ekonomik statü sınıflarına göre davranışsal değerlerin farklılaşması

Abstract

Özet Sosyo-ekonomik statü, bir kişinin belli bir kültür ve toplum içindeki yerini oluşturmakta ve sosyal çevre, organizasyonlardaki konumunu belirlemektedir. Bu statü, prestij, hayat tarzı ve sosyal hayatı büyük oranda etkilemektedir. Bir kişinin toplumdaki sosyal statüsü arttıkça, mevcut gelir artışı genel olarak ekonomik statüsünü doğrudan etkilemektedir. Amaç: Sosyo-ekonomik statü faktörlerini konumlandırmak, karşılaştırmak ve belirlenen özellikleri bakımından benzerlikleri ve farklılıkları göstermektir. Yöntem: İlgili datalar ele alınmış yorumlanmıştır. Buna göre, sosyo-ekonomik sınıfları oluşturan 5 çalışma evreni belirlenmiştir. (A,B,C1,C2,D,E SES Sınıfları) Toplanan verilerle davranışsal değerlerin analiz edilebilmesi için hangi değişkenlerin belirleyici olduğu istatistiksel metotla incelenmiştir. Bulgular: Çalışmada sosyo-ekonomik statü ve tanımları üzerinde durulmuştur. Eğitim, kültür, davranış, meslek gibi etmenlerin sosyo-ekonomik faktörlerle ilişkisi değerlendirilmiş ve sosyal değerlerin nasıl etkilendiğine Veloxity tarafından sunulan veriler ışığında incelenmiştir. Sonuç: Bu bulgular doğrultusunda sosyo-ekonomik statünün davranışsal değerler değişkenleri üzerindeki etkisi tartışılacaktır.
