ULUSLARARASI TİCARET HUKUKUNUN YEKNESAKLAŞTIRILMASI

Year 2020, Volume: 19 Issue: 38, 103 - 117, 30.09.2020

Abstract

UNIFORMIZATION OF INTERNATIONAL COMMERCIAL LAW

Year 2020, Volume: 19 Issue: 38, 103 - 117, 30.09.2020

Abstract

International trade has grown tremendously throughout the world in the last century. But this growth also faces certain obstacles. The differences between national legal systems are regarded as one of the reasons that prevent this increase from growing further and the development of international trade relations. It is anticipated that this problem can be resolved through the unification of international commercial law. The advantages of the unification studies carried out so far are also shown as evidence. In this regard, it is important to increase the attention to the unification of international commercial law. In this review, the concept of unification of international commercial law, its methods, and the advantages it provides are discussed.
