RİNİTLİ HASTALARDA CD4 VE CD8 LENFOSİT SUBGRUPLARI VE IgE İLİŞKİSİ

Abstract

Alerjik rinit ve non-alerjik rinit eozinofilik sendrom (NARES) hastalarında serum total immunoglobulin (Ig) E seviyesi, CD4 ve CD8 hücre sayısı ve CD4/CD8 oranı değerlendirilerek sağlıklı kontrol grubu sonuçlarıyla karşılaştırılmıştır. Alerjik rinit grubunda total IgE seviyesinin diğer gruplara kıyasla daha yüksek olduğu tespit edildi (p<0.05). CD4 sayısı, alerjik rinit ve NARES grubunda daha yüksek bulunsa da, bu yükseklik, gruplar arası karşılaştırmada anlamlı bulunmadı. CD8 sadece NARES grubunda kontrol grubuna nazaran anlamlı fark gösterdi. CD4/CD8 oranı ise, alerjik rinit ve NARES grubunda, kontrol grubuna göre daha yüksek bulundu ancak istatistiksel anlamlılık tespit edilmedi. NARES’li hastalarda total IgE ile CD4/CD8 oranı arasında korelasyon tespit edilirken, alerjik rinit hastalarında aynı korelasyona rastlanmadı. Hem alerjik rinit hem de NARES grubunda CD4 ve CD8 ile CD4/CD8 oranı arasında güçlü korelasyon görüldü. Sonuç olarak CD4 ve CD8 hücre sayısı ve bunların oranı rinitli hastaların değerlendirilmesinde tek başına kullanılamaz, ayrıca IgE ve lenfosit subgrupları arasında anlamlı bir ilişki tespit edilemedi.
