Abstract

Pseudallescheria Malign ve benign olmak üzere iki klinik formu vardır. Paraneoplastik bir hastalık olan malign akantozis nigrikans (MAN) daha önce belirlenmemiş bir malignitenin ilk bulgusu olabilir. MAN daha çok intraabdominal malignitelerle ilişkili olarak bulunmuştur. Bu çalışmada, mide adenokanseri tanısına öncülük etmiş bir MAN olgusu sunulmaktadır.
