Background and Design.- Uretheral stones compose less than 1% of urinary system calculus and they are usually seen after bladder stones fall to urethra. Primary urethral stone is rarely seen and mostly develop in congenital urethral diverticuls. In this study, we discussed a giant urethral stone formed in posterior urethral diverticuls and its treatment.
