Diyabetik Koroner Arter Hastalığında Monosit Kemotaktik Proteini (MCP-1) A-2518G ve CCR2 Reseptörü G190A Gen Polimorfîzmlerinin İncelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı diyabetik koroner arter hastalığı gelişiminde MCP-1 A-2518G ve CCR2 G190Apoümorfizmlerinin etkilerini
araştırmaktır. Çalışmamızda 81 koroner arter hastalığı bulunan diyabetik hasta, 62 koroner arter hastalığı olmayan diyabet hastası
ve 62 sağlıklı kontrol kullanılarak genotipleme yapılmıştır. Diyabetik koroner arter hastalığı bulunan hasta grubuyla kontrol
grubu arasında MCP-1 A-2518G genotip (p:0,01 %2:9,11) ve allel dağılımı (p:0,01 %2:6,53) açısından istatistiksel olarak anlamlı
derecede fark vardır. MCP1 AA genotip frekansı KAH (+) DM'li hasta grubunda kontrole göre anlamlı şekilde yüksekken, MCP-
1 G allel frekansının kontrol grubunda yüksek olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Buna karşın CCR2 G190Apolimorfizrni dağılımı açısından
hasta grupları ve kontrol grubu arasında herhangi bir anlamlı farklılık saptanmamıştır. Sonuç olarak MCP-1 -2518 AA genotipinin
diyabetik koroner arter hastalığı gelişimine neden olurken, G allelinin hastalığa karşı koruyucu olduğu izlenimi edinilmiştir.
