1995. makalesinin bir tercümesidir. Toplam vergi gelirleri ve gelirdeki arz- yanlı şokların
kısa ve uzun vadeli sonuçlarını etkileyen birkaç faktör araştırılmaktadır. Kyer ve Maggs’in
analizlerine göre; fiyat-seviye esnekliğinin önemi; vergi gelirleri ve vergi oranı arasındaki
uzun vadeli ilişkiye dayanmaktadır.
