The Journal accepts and publishes articles written in Turkish. Title, abstract which consists of 150 to 200 words and five key words must be added to the paper in English and Turkish languages.
The main text and footnotes must be written in Times New Roman. Font size for the main text should be 12 with 1,5 line spacing while foot- notes are written in font size 10 with 1 line spacing. Footnotes are to be shown at the bottom of the page.
Author’s name should be written bottom right of the Turkish and English title of the paper and should end with a star symbol. Star footno- te should consists of title and institution of the author and corresponden- ce address, phone number and e- mail address.
The article should consist of a bibliography at the end and referen- ces need to be arranged in alphabetical order.
To use abbreviations: If the name or title, which will be abbrevia- ted, is to be used for the first time in the text, the name or title should be used as the original form with the abbreviation in brackets or the original forms of the abbreviations should be given place at the end of the paper before the bibliography; original form of the abbreviations used in footno- tes may only take place in the abbreviation list.
In footnotes, a book that is referred should take place as: [Full Name of the author, Title of the Book, Place of Publication, Year, Page number (s.) or paragraph number (N.)]. In bibliography, the last name of the author of the referred book should be indicated first [Last name first name of the author, Title of the Book, Place of Publication, Year of Publication].

In footnotes the articles should take place as: [Full Name of the author, “Title of the article”, Name of the Journal, Volume Number, Issue Number, Publication Year, Page number (p.) or paragraph number (N.)]. In bibliography, the last name of the author of the referred article should be indicated first [Last name first name of the author, Title of the Article, Name of the Journal, Volume Number, Issue Number, Publication Year].

In the footnotes and bibliography books/articles with several aut- hors should be cited as: [Full Name of the author/Full Name of the author]
In the following footnotes the citations should be made as: [Last name of the author, page number (s.)].

Dönmezer/Erman, s. 65
When citing more than one book/article of the same author Sur- name of the author, title of the book/article and the page number should be given. The title of the book/article may be abbreviated.
Example: Duran, İdarenin Sükûtu, s. 134.
When citing a case law, the author should comply with the examp- le below.
