Doğrudan Satış Yöntemlerinden Çok Katlı Pazarlama (Network Marketing) ve Fıkhî Değerlendirmesi

Abstract














Günümüzde satış ve pazarlama teknikleri
oldukça çeşitlenmiş ve mağaza dışı çok sayıda satış türleri ortaya çıkmıştır.
Bunlardan biri de doğrudan satış yöntemidir. Bu yöntemde piyasada en çok çok
katlı pazarlama gündeme gelmekte ve lehte ve aleyhte tartışmalar yapılmaktadır.
Makalemizde ağ pazarlama /
network marketing olarak da bilinen çok katlı pazarlamanın mahiyeti, işleyişi
ve uygulanan teknikler incelenmekte, konuyla ilgili fıkhi görüşler ortaya
konulduktan sonra bu sistemin mevcut haliyle caiz olmayacağı görüşü
savunulmaktadır.

Abstract














Sales and marketing techniques are pretty diversified today and
many of non-store types of selling occurred. One of them is direct selling
method. In this method multi-level marketing come into question in the market
ve pro and con arguments are made.
In this article the nature and operations of
multi-level marketing (as known also network marketing) are examined. And after
emphasizing some opinions of shariah scholars its argued that this transaction
is not permissible in this current state from the point of Islamic
Jurisprudence.
