Abstract
Son yıllarda, küresel rekabetin hızla artması ile sermaye piyasaları sürekli bir değişim
halindedir. Borsalar kar amacı gütmeyen geleneksel yapılarından uzaklaşıp kâr amaçlı şirketler haline
gelmiş; birçok platformlarda halka arz edilmiş, diğer yandan birleşmeler ve şirket alımları yoluyla diğer
borsalar ve şirketlerle konsolide hale gelmiştir. Başka bir deyişle, borsalar yoğun bir rekabet ortamına
dahil olmuş ve bu rekabetçi ortamla mücadele edebilmek için kendilerini yenilemeye başlamıştır. Bu
çalışmada, uluslararası sermaye piyasalarındaki gelişmelerin ve borsaların gelecek yapılarının nasıl
olacağı ele alınması amaçlanmaktadır.
