TABANINDA SQUAMOZ HÜCRELİ KANSER SAPTANAN ALT DUDAK YERLEŞİMLİ BÜYÜK CİLT BOYNUZU

Abstract

Cilt boynuzu iyi sınırlı, koni şeklinde hipertrofik cilt lezyonunu ifade etmektedir. Cilt boynuzunun temelinde squamoz hücreli kanser, Kaposi sarkomu, sebasöz kanser, Bowen hastalığı, bazal hücreli kanser, sebaroik keratoz, lökoplaki, keratoakantom, hemanjiom, xeroderma pigmentosum, viral siğil, solar keratoz, sebasöz adenom görülebilmektedir. Burada temelinde iyi farklılaşmış squamoz hücreli kanser bulunan, alt dudakta yerleşimli cilt boynuzunasahip olgu sunuldu
