İKİ VAKA NEDENİYLE TROMBOTİK TROMBOSİTOPENİK PURPURA

Abstract

Trombotik Trombositopenik Purpura (TTP) ; Ateş, akut böbrek yetmezliği, nörolojik bozukluklar, trombositopeni ve mikroanjiopatik hemolitik anemi ile seyreden bir sendromdur. Nadir görülen bu hastalık (4-11/1.000.000), klinik olarak dissemine intravasküler koagulasyon (DİK), hemolitik üremik sendrom (HÜS) ve Evans sendromu gibi anemi yapan diğer nedenlerle karışabilir. İki vaka nedeniyle, TTP güncel literatür ışığında tekrar gözden geçirilmiştir.
