ATRİYAL FİBRİLASYONLU BİR HASTADA UNİLATERAL TOTAL RENAL ARTER EMBOLİSİ

Abstract

Tromboembolik renal arter tıkanıklığı nadiren tanısı konulabilen ciddi bir klinik tablodur. Tanı çoğunlukla geri dönüşümsüz renal lezyonlar (renal infarkt) görüldükten sonra konur. Major renal arter embolileri atriyal fibrilasyon başta olmak üzere kalp hastalıkları ve aritmilerle ilişkilidir. Yazımızda atriyal fibrilasyonu olan ve sol böğür ağrısı yakınması ile acil kliniğe başvurmuş bir renal arter embolisi olgusu sunmaktayız.
