JİNEKOLOJİDE ROBOTİK CERRAHİ

Abstract

Son dekadda laparoskopideki gelişmeler jinekolojik prosedürlerde inanılmaz ilerlemelere neden olmuştur. Ancak bu sistem, stabil olmayan kamera platformu, laparoskopik aletlerin düzlemdeki sınırlı hareketleri, iki boyutlu görüntü, cerrah için kötü ergonomik pozisyon gibi birçok dezavantajı da birlikte getirmiştir. Bu nedenle artık ilgi robotik cerrahinin sundukları nedeniyle ona yönelmiştir. Son zamanlarda robotik sistemler birçok jinekolojik cerrahi prosedüründe uygulanmaya başlanmıştır. Bu derleme, da Vinci® robotik sistemi tanıtarak robotların jinekolojik cerrahide kullanımlarını, avantaj ve dezavantajlarını değerlendirecektir.
