Abstract

Bu makalede, özellikle yüksek frekanslarda gerçekleme güçlüðüne bir çözüm olarak
arabaðlantýlarýn doðru modellerinin belirlenmesi amacýyla bilgisayar destekli yeni bir
nümerik algoritma sunulmuþtur. Bu çalýþma ile birlikte önesürülen karma, toplu ve daðýnýk
elemanlý kayýpsýz arabaðlaþým (interconnect) modelleri, yöntemin etkinliði göstermek için,
UHF anten uyumlaþtýrma ve tek katlý mikrodalga kuvvetlendirici ön ve son dengeleyici
tasarýmlarýnda kullanýlmýþtýr.
 
 
ABSTRACT
This paper gives a CAD tool to model the interconnect networks with mixed, lumped
and distributed elements encountered in high frequency analog RF design and mobile
communication implemented on MMIC. In this study, a very useful and flexible method for
the circuit designer in high frequency/ high speed realizations is presented.
It is expected that the proposed technique presented in this paper when incorporated
with an simulation tools like Spice, will be useful to model, analyse the interconnects in the
design of high speed / high frequency communication systems.
