Abstract

Makalenin konusu, 22. Dönem TBMM üyeleri arasinda 2004 yili basinda gerçeklestirilen ve
parlamenterlerin rol ve davranislarini analiz etmeyi amaç layan bir anket çalismasinin
sonuçlari hakkinda degerlendirmeler içermektedir. Çalisma üç bölümden olusmaktadir.
Birinci bölümde; parlamentolar üzerine yapilan çalismalarda kullanilan parlamenter
davranislari ve parlamenterlerin üstlendikleri rollerin analizi üzerinde teorik bir giris yer
almaktadir. Ikinc i bölümde ise; bu teorik giris çerçevesinde adi geçen alan arastirmasinin
ampirik sonuçlarina iliskin, genel olarak tek degiskenli (univariate) istatistikleri ihtiva eden,
grafik ve tablolar ve bu tablolarin degerlendirmesine yer verilmektedir. Son bölüm; bu alan
arastirmasinin sonuçlarindan hareketle 22. Dönem TBMM üyesi milletvekillerinin rolleri
üzerine bir tartismadan olusmaktadir.
