Abstract

ÖZET

Bu calısma, Latin Amerika'da neoyapıalcıokulun rekabet edebilirlik kavramııtemel alarak Schumpeterci yaklasıa bakıııanaliz etmeye odaklanıor. Tarihsel

surec icerisinde yapıalcıyaklasıları neoyapıalcıyaklasılara evrildiğ

gorulurken, adil buyume ile sistematik rekabet edebilirlik kavramlarıneoyapıalcıokulum temelleri olarak tanılanmaktadı. Schumpeterci yaklasıları iktisadi

kalkıma, innovasyon ve girisimci kavramlarıdikkate alıarak, bu kavramları

neoyapıalcıokulun temellerini olusturan adil buyume ile sistematik rekabet edebilirlik

icerisinde ne sekilde kullanıdığıa yanılar uretmeye calımaktadı. Calıma

kapsamıda neoyapıalcıanalizin Schumpeterci yaklasılardan doğudan etkilendiğ

acı bir sekilde gorulmektedir.
