AVRUPA REFORMUNUN İŞ AHLÂKI NORMLARI ÖLÇEĞİNDE GÜNÜMÜZ ÇALIŞANLARININ SOSYOLOJİK DEĞERLERİ

Abstract

ÖZET

Bu araştırma projesiyle Sanayi Devrimi öncesinde ve sonrasındaki Batı insanının değer yargılarına ve davranış eğilimine; tüccarı, esnafı, sanayicisi, serbest meslek erbabı, kamu personeli ve iş görenleriyle günümüz ilinde istihdam edilen nüfusu, ne ölçüde ve hangi kapsamda, sahip bulunmaktadır; ussal ekonomik faaliyet benimsenmiş midir gibi sorular irdelenmektedir. Anket yüz yüze görüşülerek gerçekleştirilmiş, örneklemeyi oluşturan denekler ise tesadüfî olarak seçilmiştir.

Anket verileri, üç yorum kriterine göre incelenmektedir. Bu yorum ölçütleri, (1) Bu dünyadaki başarıları ve kazançları ile öbür dünyaya yönelik beklentileri arasındaki uyumun ya da çelişkinin derecesi; (2) Bireysel karar alma özgürlüğünün ya da topluluk normlarına itaat etme özdeşliğinin derecesi; (3) İnsanlara yönelik sergilenen davranışlarda, insanlık sevgisi idealinin ya da topluluk bilinci bağının etki derecesidir.

ABSTRACT

This inquiry project is examine to how dimension and what content of artisan, laborer, businessman, craftsmen, merchant, public servant and entrepreneur of working people were identify themselves with the West people's value judgements and behavioral tendencies from the beginning and after in the industrial revolution. And to go into matter very carefully that was rational economic action accepted by working people? This questionary was realized by face to face talking each person. The random sample was consisted of choosing person accidentally.

This questionary data are examined according to the three evaluations and interpretation criterias. The first criteria is in contradiction or otherwise in perfect harmony among the occupational success and economic earnings in this world and, other worldly hopes and eternal salvation aims. The second criteria is independently to decide on everything personally and freely, or otherwise, obediently to submit oneself to the norms of community. The third criteria is behaved to everyone with the love for human being ideality, or otherwise, with the connecting ties of the reciprocal communication and the consciousness of the community.
