İşyeri Dedikodusunun Çok Boyutluluğu (Çalışanların Dedikodu Algıları Üzerine Bir Araştırma)

Abstract

Bu makalenin amacı,
çalışanlar arasında dedikodu algısının boyutlarına ilişkin İstanbul’da
gerçekleştirilen bir araştırmanın sonuçlarını ortaya koymaktır.
Özetle, bulgular, çalışanların dedikoduyu
dört farklı boyutta algıladıklarını göstermiştir: (1) ahlakilik, (2)
arkadaşlık, (3) bilgi edinme, (4) husumet. İkinci olarak, işyerinde dedikodu
davranışından kaçınmanın en önemli belirleyicisinin ahlaki tutum faktörü olduğu
tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca, sonuçlar, kadın deneklerin erkeklere göre dedikodu
davranışına daha meyilli olduğunu ortaya koymuştur. Nihayet, ahlaki tutum puanı
ile eğitim düzeyi arasında güçlü bir ilişki olduğu saptanmıştır
