Domuzlarda Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae İnfeksiyonunun (Domuzların Enzootik Pnömonisi) Bakteriyolojik ve Serolojik Olarak Araştırılması

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Domuz Enzootik Pnömonisi' ne neden olan Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae (M. hyopneumoniae)' nin Türkiye'deki varlığı bakteriyolojik ve serolojik olarak araştırıldı. Bakteriyolojik inceleme için, Türkiye' de tek yasal domuz üretimi yapılan Kırklareli yöresindeki bir çiftlikte yetiştirilen ve İstanbul' da kesime sevk edilen 102 domuzdan kesim sırasında akciğer örnekleri alındı. Hastalığın seroprevalansının saptanması amacıyla, akciğer örnekleri alınan domuzlar da dahil olmak üzere, farklı yörelerde yetiştirilen 384 domuz kan serumu örnekleri ELISA ile incelendi. Bakteriyolojik inceleme sonucunda 102 akciğer örneğinden M. hyopneumoniae izole edilmedi. ELISA ile incelenen 384 domuz serumundan 214' ünde spesifik M. hyopneuominae aktikorları saptandı ve hastalığın seroprevalansı % 55,73 olarak belirlendi.
