Abstract

Olgu sunumumuzda Primer Addison hastalığı tanısı ile izlenen ve akut Addison krizi ile başvuran olgunun 28 saatlik takip sürecinde posteroanterior PA akciğer grafisinde PA Akc G. volüm ekspansiyonunun kardiyopulmoner etkilerini demostre etmek istedik.Bu süreçte; normal sınırlar içinde olmakla birlikte kardiyotorasik indekste KTI meydana gelen değişiklikler dikkat çekiciydi

The radiological findingns in chest-Xray of a patient with acute addison crissis that had cardiopulmonary side effects: Case report

Abstract

Here we wanted to present a patient with the diagnosis of the Adddison disease who was having a case of emergency and we wanted to demonstrate cardiopulmonary effects of the volume expansion in the posteroanterior PA chest radiography in the 28 hour follow-up. Within this time period, findings are normal but the changes occurring in the CTI are noteworthy
