KOLOREKTAL CERRAHİDE LAPAROSKOPİ

Öz

Kolorektal hastalıkların tedavisinde laparoskopi 1990 yılından beri başarıyla kullanılmaktadır. Bu gün için kolorektal benign hastalıkların tedavisinde laparoskopi açık cerrahiye alternatif bir yöntemdir. Malign hastalıklarda kullanımı konusunda bazı tereddütler olmasına rağmen, gerek onkolojik yeterlilik gerekse morbidite ve mortalite oranları yönünden açık cerrahiyle kıyaslanabilir sonuçlar elde edilmektedir

LAPAROSCOPY IN COLORECTAL SURGERY

Abstract

Laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of colorectal diseases has been performed successfully since 1990. Today, laparoscopic surgery is obviously an alternative method to open surgery in the treatment of benign colorectal diseases. In spite of discussions of its role in the treatment of malignant diseases, sufficient results compared to open surgery has been obtained on both oncological satisfaction and morbidity and mortality rates
