SAĞ KOLON DİVERTİKÜLİTİ

Abstract

Sağ kolon divertiküler hastalığının görülme sıklığı etnik kökene, kültüre ve diyete bağlı olarak değişiklik göstermektedir. Hastaların benzer bulgu ve semptomlarla başvurması nedeni ile cerrahi öncesi apandisit ile ayırımı zordur. Bu nedenle tedavi stratejisinin belirlenmesinde de zorluklar vardır. Bu çalışmanın amacı tanı ve tedavi açısından sağ kolon divertiküler hastalığını değerlendirmektir. 2008 yılından 2013 yılına kadar hastanemize başvurmuş pre veya perioperatif sağ kolon divertiküliti tanısı almış 11 hastayı klinik hikaye, fizik muayene, radyolojik bulgular ve tedavi açısından retrospektif olarak inceledik

RIGHT COLON DIVERTICULITIS

Abstract

The incidence of colonic diverticular disease varies with national origin, cultural background and diet. Because the signs and symptoms are similar, it is difficult to differentiate right colon diverticulitis from appendicitis before surgery. Establishment of an appropriate treatment strategy is difficult for this condition due to its low preoperative diagnosis rate. The purpose of this study is to evaluate right-sided colonic diverticulitis in terms of diagnosis and treatment. This review examines 11 patients with right colon diverticulitis admitted to our hospital between 2008 and 2013. Patients with pre or per operatively diagnosed as right colon diverticulitis were evaluated based on their clinical history, physical and radiologic findings, and treatments retrospectively
