Öz

Sekundum tipte atriyal septal defekt bulgulanmasını takiben 26mm Amplatzer septal okluder cihazıyla transkateter yöntemle bu defektin kapatılması sırasında, olguda gelişen cihazın migrasyonuna bağlı komplikasyon nedeniyle acil cerrahi girişim planlanan 47 yaşındaki olgu sunulmaktadır
