İLEUM YERLEŞİMLİ İNTRAMUSKULER LİPOM VE İLEAL İSKEMİ: OLGU SUNUMU

Öz

Lipomlar en sık olarak yumuşak dokuda izlenen benign adipöz tümörleridir. Yumuşak doku yerleşimine ek olarak diğer bölgelerde ve sistemlerde görülebilir. İntestinal lipomlar, bağırsak duvarındaki adipöz konnektif dokudan kaynaklanan yavaş büyüyen, benign neoplazilerdir. İntestinal lipomlar nadir iken, ince bağırsak yerleşimli lipomlar daha da nadir neoplazilerdir. Lipomlar genellikle asemptomatiktir, fakat 2 cm’den büyük tümörler intestinal obstruksiyon ve mukozal kanama şeklinde semptomatik olabilirler. Şiddetli ince bağırsak iskemisi yanı sıra ilum yerleşimli intramuskuler lipomu da olan olguyu sunuyoruz

ILEAL INTRAMUSCULAR LIPOMA AND ILEAL ISCHEMIA: CASE REPORT

Abstract

Lipoma is a benign tumor of adipose tissue that seen most commonly in the soft tissues. In addition to soft tissue location, lipomas may be seen in other regions and systems. Intestinal lipomas are benign, slow-growing mesenchymal neoplasms arising from adipose connective tissue in the bowel or small intestine wall. While intestinal neoplasms are rare, lipomas originated from small intestine are even more uncommon neoplasms. They are usually asymptomatic, but lipomas larger than 2 cm may become symptomatic due to intestinal obstruction or mucosal bleeding. We report herein a case of ileal intramuscular lipoma in a 87-year-old woman who had ileal severe ishemia in resected specimen
