MİYOKARD İNFAKTÜSÜNE BAĞLI ÇOKLU DUVAR RÜPTÜRÜ: KALBUR KALP

Öz

Miyokard infarktüsü sonrası kardiyak rüptürler ventriküler serbest duvar rüptürü, ventriküler septal rüptür ve papiller kas rüptürü olarak sınıflandırılmaktadır. Bunlardan herhangi ikisinin bir arada görülmesi çift duvar rüptürü olarak isimlendirilip miyokard infarktüsünün oldukça nadir görülen bir komplikasyonudur. Çift duvar rüptürü gelişen hastaların çoğu hastaneye ulaşamadan kaybedilmektedir. Bu olgu sunumunda acil servise dispne şikayeti ile başvuran ve transtorasik ekokardiyografide interventriküler septumda rüptür ve inferior duvarda psödoanevrizma saptanan olgu takdim edilmiştir. Elektrokardiyogramı geçirilmiş inferior miyokard infaktüsü ile uyumlu olan hasta acil olarak cerrahi operasyona verilmiştir

MULTIPLE WALL RUPTURE OWING TO MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION: SIEVE HEART

Abstract

Cardiac ruptures after myocardial infarction are classified as ventricular free wall ruptures, ventricular septal ruptures and papillary muscle ruptures. A combination of any two is called as double wall rupture. Most of the patients complicated with double wall rupture are lost before hospital admisssion. In this paper, we described a patient who was admitted to our hospital with dyspnea and rupture of the interventricular septum and also a pseudoaneurysm at the inferior left ventricle wall was detected by transthoracic echocardiography. The patient, whose electrocardiogram was consistent with subacute inferior myocardial infarction, was immediately referred to surgery
