KRONİK KARIN AĞRISININ NADİR GÖRÜLEN BİR NEDENİ: APENDİKS MUKOSELİNİN RADYOLOJİK TANISI

Abstract

Apendiks mukoseli müsin birikimine bağlı apendiks lümeninin kronik kistik dilatasyonudur. Nadir izlenir ve nadiren operasyon öncesi teşhis edilir. Cerrahi sırasında ya da spontan rüptüre olması durumunda psödo miksomaperitonei gelişebilir. Operasyon öncesi apendiks mukoseli tanısı konulması yararlıdır. Bu çalışmada operasyon öncesi radyolojik olarak tanısı konmuş apendiks mukoseli sunulmuştur

AS A RARE CAUSE OF CHRONIC ABDOMINAL PAIN: THE RADIOLOGIC DIAGNOSIS OF MUCOCELE APPENDIX

Abstract

Mucocele of the appendix is the chronic cystic dilatation of the appendiceal lumen due to accumulation of mucin. A rarely seen and is rarely diagnosed before the operation. Pseudo myxomaperitonei may develop during surgery or in the case of spontaneous rupture. It is useful to diagnose the mucocele of the appendix before the operation. In this study, preoperative radiological diagnosis of appendiceal mucocele have been submitted
