STUCK KAPAKLI BİR HASTADA BAŞARILI TROMBOLİTİK TEDAVİ: OLGU SUNUMU

Abstract

Bu bildirimizde stuck kapak nedeniyle takip ettiğimiz ve trombolitik tedavi ile iyileşme sağladığımız 27 yaşındaki hastayı sunmayı amaçladık. Sol atriyaltrombüs olmayan mekanik kapak trombüsünde, ilk seçeneğin cerrahi tedavimi yoksa trombolitik tedavimi olduğu halen tartışmalıdır. Her ne kadar trombolitik tedavinin komplikasyonları olsa da son zamanlarda özellikle yüksek riskli hastalarda trombolitik tedavi yaygın olarak kullanılmaya başlanmıştır. Yüksek riskli mekanik kapak tromboz olgularında, trombüs yükü fazla değilse trombolitik tedavi ile başarılı sonuçlar alınabileceği kanısındayız

SUCCESSFUL THROMBOLYTIC TREATMENT IN A CASE WITH STUCK VALVE: A CASE REPORT

Abstract

In this paper we aimed to present a 27-year-old case that we treated with thrombolytic therapy due to stuck valve and achieved full recovery. It is stil controversial whether the first line treatment should be surgical or thrombolytic therapy in cases with mechanical valve thrombus without left atrial thrombus. Although it has some complications, thrombolytic therapy is widely used particularly in cases with high operative risk. We think that thrombolytic therapy may yield successful results if the thrombus load is not abundant in mechanical valve thrombosis in cases with high operative risk
