ENDOSERVİKAL MAVİ NEVÜS

Abstract

Uterin serviksinde mavi nevüsü bulunan 43 yaşında bir kadın vakayı bildiriyoruz. Myoma uteri nedeniyle çıkarılan histerektomi materyalinde insidental olarak saptanan mavi nevüs, endoserviksin stromasına sınırlıydı ve benign histolojik özellikleri bulunan dendritik melanositlerin grupları ile karakterizeydi. Bu melanositik hücreler Melan-A, S100 ve HMB-45 ile pozitif boyandı. Servikste lokalize mavi nevüsün histopatolojik özellikleri, bu lokalizasyondaki diğer pigmente lezyonlar ile ayırıcı tanısı tartışılmıştır

ENDOSERVICAL BLUE NEVUS

Abstract

A case of blue nevus of the uterine cervix in a 43-year-old woman is reported. This lesion was incidentally discovered in a hysterectomy performed for leiomyoma. The blue nevus was restricted to the stroma of the endocervix and was characterized by clusters of dendritic melanocytes with benign histologic features. These cells were positive for Melan-A, S-100, and HMB-45. The histopathological features of blue nevus localized in cervix were discussed with other entities that enter into the differential diagnosis of this lesion
