LARİNGEAL NÖROFİBROM: OLGU SUNUMU

Öz

Laringeal nörofibrom, benign laringeal tümörler arasında çok nadirdir. Sıklıkla, supraglottik ariepiglottik fold yerleşimli, çocuklarda ve nörofibromatozis tip 1 ile ilişkili olarak görülmektedir. Biz soliter laringeal nörofibrom sebebiyle opere edilen 60 yaşındaki erkek olgumuzu oldukça nadir görülmesi nedeniyle paylaştık. Tümörde immunhistokimyasal olarak S100 pozitifliğine ek olarak CD34 ve bcl2 pozitifliği varlığı nörofibrom tanısını destekledi. Larinkste nonepitelyal bir tümör ile karşılaşıldığında nadir olmakla birlikte nörofibrom akla getirilmeli, tanının immunhistokimyasal olarak S100, CD34 ve bcl2 pozitifliği ile desteklenebileceği akılda tutulmalıdır

LARYNGEAL NEUROFIBROMA: CASE REPORT

Abstract

Laryngeal neurofibroma are extremely rare among benign laryngeal tumors. Most of these lesions are located in the supraglottis, aryepiglottic fold, in the pediatric population and in association with neurofibromatosis type 1 NF1 . We report a an extremely rare case of an 60-year-old man who operated because of solitary laryngeal neurofibroma. In this tumor, presence of CD34 and bcl2 positivity in addition to the immunohistochemical positivity S100, supported the diagnosis of neurofibroma. Althought it is rarely, when encountering aneurofibromas should be considered and keep in mind that the immunohistochemical S100, CD34 and bcl2 staining help to confirm diagosis of a neurofibroma. nonepithelial tumor in the larynx
