SEZARYEN SKAR GEBELİĞİ YÖNETİMİ: OLGU SUNUMU

Öz

Sezaryen skar gebeliği, daha önce geçirilmiş sezaryene bağlı gelişen skar bölgesine gebelik kesesinin implante olması neticesinde oluşan ve çok nadir görülen bir ektopik gebelik şeklidir. Ancak sezaryen oranının artması ile birlikte sıkça bahsedilir olmuştur. Erken tanı ve doğru tedavi seçimi önemlidir. Bununla birlikte doğru yönetilmediğinde ciddi morbidite ve mortaliteye neden olabilir. Bu olgu sunumundasezaryen skar gebeliğinin konservatif olarak yönetilebileceğini vurgulamak istedik

MANAGEMENT OF CESAREAN SCAR PREGNANCY: A CASE REPORT

Abstract

Cesarean scar pregnancy is a very rare form of ectopic pregnancy which is the result of implantation of gestational sac due to previous cesarean section. However, with the increasing cesarean rate, it has been reported more frequently. Early diagnosis and right treatment is important. However, if not managed properly it can cause serious morbidity and mortality. We wanted to emphasize that cesarean scar pregnancy could be managed conservatively in this case
