ASİSTAN HEKİMLERİN GÜNCEL KARDİYOPULMONER RESÜSİTASYON KILAVUZLARINI UYGULAMA PRATİKLERİNİN İNCELENMESİ

Abstract

Çalışmamızda İzmir Bozyaka Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi’nde görevli asistan hekimin kardiyopulmoner resüsitasyon uygulama pratikleri incelemeyi amaçladık. Bu çalışmada, hastanemizde çalışmakta olan asistan hekimlerle yüzyüze görüşülerek; asistan hekimlerin güncel kardiyopulmoner resüsitasyon kılavuzlarını uygulama pratiklerini inceleyen anket formu uygulandı. Çalışmamıza 86 asistan hekim alınmıştır. Bu hekimlerin 28’i %32,6 acil tıp asistanı, 33’ü %38,4 dahili branş asistanı ve 25’i %29,1 cerrahi branş asistanı idi. Çalışmamızda acil tıp asistanlarının genel başarı ortalamasının 100 üzerinden 77,6±11,6 olduğu, dahili branş asistanlarının genel başarı ortalamasının 100 üzerinden 37,45±9,9 olduğu,cerrahi branş asistanlarının genel başarı ortalamasının ise 100 üzerinden 38,4±11,1 olduğu tespit edildi. Acil tıp asistanlarının diğer iki gruba göre daha başarılı oldukları görülmüş olmakla beraber her üç gruptaki başarı oranı istenilenden oldukça uzakta olunduğunu göstermiştir

RESIDENTS’ PRACTICAL APPLICATIONS OF UPDATED CARDIOPULMONARY RESCUCITATION GUIDELINES

Abstract

The aim of this study is to evaluate the resident's practice that are working in İzmir Bozyaka Research and Education Hospital, in actual cardiopulmonary resuscitation guidelines. In this study 86 residents were included. Between April 2012 and May 2012, a test for updated cardiopulmonary resuscitaion guidelines by interviewing face to face with the residents and a survey for difficulties in practice were made. The total number of residents were 86 and the departments of them were as follows; 28 32,6 in emergency, 33 38,4 in internal and 25 29,1% in surgical departments. The succes rate of these residents were as follows; 77,6± 11,6 in emergency, 37,4±9,9 in internal and 38,4±11,1 in surgical departments. It was found that residents of emergency department were more succesfull than the other residents and it was seen that KPR courses that were given during medical school interval was not enough
