Abstract
Paget hastalığı PH çoğunlukla yaşlı popülasyonu etkileyen ,kemik döngüsünde fokal artışla karakterize bir hastalıktır. Osteoporozdan sonra ikinci sıklıkla görülen metabolik kemik hastalığıdır. PH tanısı en sık başka hastalıkların incelemeleri sırasında tesadüfi olarak konur. Tutulan kemiklerde ağrı PH’nın en sık görülen semptomudur. Tedavide bifosfonatlar ilk seçenek ilaçlardır. Biz, daha önceden lomber Herni Nukleus Pulposus HNP tanısı ile takip edilen ve kliniğimizce PH tanısı konulan bir olguyu sunduk

Abstract
Paget’s disease of bone PD is characterized by focal increases in bone turnover that affects mainly elderly population. PD is the second most common metabolic bone disease after osteoporosis. The diagnosis of PD is made most commonly, incidentally in patients investigations for other conditions. Pain in the involved bone s is the most common symptom of PD. Bisphosphonates are first line drugs in treatment of PD. We report a patient who was previously followed with lomber Herni Nukleus Pulposus HNP and diagnosed as PD in our clinic
