Öz Liderlik ve Mutluluk Arasındaki İlişkinin Öğretmen Algılarına Göre İncelenmesi

Abstract

Bu araştırmada öğretmen görüşlerine göre öz liderlik ile mutluluk arasındaki ilişki incelenmiştir. Araştırmaya Ankara ilinde yer alan okullarda görev yapan 173 öğretmen katılmıştır. Araştırmada veri toplamak amacıyla “Yenilenmiş Öz Liderlik Ölçeği-YÖLÖ” ile “Oxford Mutluluk Ölçeği Kısa Formu-OMÖ-KF” kullanılmıştır. Veriler aritmetik ortalama, Pearson korelasyon analizi ve çoklu regresyon analizi ile incelenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda katılımcıların öz liderlik ve mutluluklarının yüksek olduğu gözlenmiştir. Yapılan korelasyon analizi, öz liderlik alt boyutları ile mutluluk arasında orta ve yüksek düzeyde ilişkiler olduğunu ortaya çıkarmıştır. Regresyon analizi sonuçları ise öğretmenlerin mutluluklarında öz liderliğin önemli bir etmen olduğunu göstermiştir.
