Mavi yengeç (Callinectes sapidus Rathbun, 1896): İlk Adaptasyon Çalışmaları (Brachyura: Portunidae)

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, mavi yengecin doksan gün boyunca toprak bir havuzda tutulduğu süre boyunca büyüme parametrelerini belirlemek ve olası adaptasyonlarını araştırmaktı.
Ekim 2012 ve Ağustos 2013 tarihlerine ait numuneler incelendikten sonra Güney Ege'deki mavi yengecin (Callinectes sapidus Rathbun, 1896) üreme ve biyolojik özellikleri belirlendi. Mavi yengeçlerin toprak havuzuna adaptasyonu, büyüme koşulları ve literatürdeki bilgiler kullanılarak morfometrik ölçümler tartışılmıştır.
Adaptasyon süreci bir hafta sürdü ve bu süre zarfında bireysel mavi yengeçlerin beslenmeye başladığı görüldü. Ege Üniversitesi Fakültesi, Kuşadası/Güzelçamlı bölgesindeki göletten alınan dokuz üniteyi, yaşayan 20 humale'den 108 farklı deneysel ölümcül insan grubuyla birlikte kafeslerde incelendi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the blue crab's growth parameters and explore potential adaptations while it was kept in an earthen pond for ninety days.
After samples from October 2012 and August 2013 were analyzed, the breeding and biological characteristics of the blue crab (Callinectes sapidus Rathbun, 1896) in the South Aegean were determined. Blue crabs' adaptation to the earth pond, growth circumstances, and morphometric measuremalets using information from the literature are discussed.
The process of adaptation took a week, during which time individual blue crabs were seen to begin feeding. The Ege the University Faculty received nine units from the Pond in the Kusadasi/Güzelçamlı area that were examined in cages with 108 distinct experimaletal groups of persons out of 20 living humales.
