Anadolu Mandalarının İlk Üç Laktasyonlarına Ait Laktasyon Eğrisi Parametrelerinin ve Eğri Şeklinin Belirlenmesi

Abstract

Bu araştırma, Anadolu Mandalarında üç laktasyonun laktasyon eğrisi parametrelerini ve laktasyon şeklini belirlemek amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Bu amaçla, Tokat ilinde 2016 yılında doğan, 2019 yılında laktasyona başlayan 521 baş mandanın 3126 test günü verim kayıtları kullanılmıştır. a parametresi 1., 2. ve 3. laktasyonlar için sırası ile 2.873, 3.776 ve 3.910 olarak tahmin edilirken, b parametresinin sırası ile 0.521, 0.324 ve 0.444, olduğu tespit edilmiştir. c parametresi 1., 2. ve 3. laktasyonlar için sırası ile 0.0096, 0.0066 ve 0.0081 olarak belirlenirken, R2 değerinin 1., 2. ve 3. laktasyonlar için sırası ile 0.966, 0.991ve 0.992 olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Islah çalışmalarında, araştırma sonucunda tahmin edilen parametrelerin kullanılması, bu sürülerde yapılacak seleksiyonun başarısını etkileyecektir.

Determination of Lactation Curve Parameters and Curve Shape of The First Three Lactations Of Anatolian Buffaloes

Abstract

This search was made to define the lactation curve parameters and lactation curve shape of first three lactations in Anatolian Buffaloes. For this purpose, 3126 test day records of 521 head buffalos born in 2016 and started lactation in 2019 were used in Tokat province. While the a parameter was estimated as 2.873, 3.776 and 3.910 for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd lactations, respectively, the b parameter was determined to be 0.521, 0.324 and 0.444, respectively. While the c parameter was determined as 0.0096, 0.0066 and 0.0081 for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd lactations, respectively, the R2 value was determined to be 0.966, 0.991 and 0.992 for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd lactations, respectively. In breeding studies, using the use of the parameters estimated as a end of the investigation will affect the success of the selection will applied in this herds.
