Author Guidelines

Journal of Advanced Science, Technology and Engineering is a free, open-access, peer-reviewed journal. Authors are kindly requested to prepare their manuscripts in accordance with the following guidelines to ensure smooth editorial and publication processes.


General Policies

Submissions must be original and not under consideration elsewhere.

The journal does not charge any submission or publication fees.

All articles are published under an open-access license and are freely available online.

Manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review. Authors should ensure that all identifying information is removed from the main text.

Format

  • Language: English
  • Font: Times New Roman, 11 pt, single line spacing.
  • Margins: 2.5 cm on all sides.
  • Length: Generally between 4,000–8,000 words (excluding references).

Structure

Manuscripts should follow this order:

  • Title Page: Title, author(s), affiliation(s), and email(s). Author and institution information will not be filled in the first application.
  • Abstract: Maximum 200 words, highlighting novelty and key findings.
  • Keywords: 3–6 words/phrase

Main Text:

  • Introduction
  • Materials and Methods
  • Results
  • Discussion
  • Conclusion
  • Acknowledgements (if applicable).
  • Authors’ Contributions (briefly state each author’s role).
  • Conflict of Interest Statement.
  • References.

Figures and Tables

  • Figures: Submit in TIFF or JPEG format, minimum 300 dpi.
  • Tables: Use concise titles, no vertical lines.
  • Cite all figures and tables in the text.

Equations

  • Provide in editable text format.
  • Number consecutively (Equation 1, Equation 2, etc.) aligned to the right.

References

Use consecutive numbering in square brackets [ ].

Ethical Considerations

  • All research must comply with international ethical standards.
  • Studies involving humans/animals must include an ethics approval statement.
  • Authors must disclose all potential conflicts of interest.

Copyright and Licensing

  • Authors retain copyright.
  • Articles are distributed under a Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license, allowing free use with proper citation.
