Anesthetic management of a case with adrenoleukodistrophy and mitochondrial myopathy

Abstract

In this case report, general anesthesia practice was reported in a patient with adrenoleukodystrophy and mitochondrial myopathy for lumbar spondylolisthesis operation. The important points to take care during anaesthesia in patients with these diseases were emphasised. J Clin Exp Invest 2014; 5 (3): 459-461

Mitokondriyal miyopati ve adrenolökodistrofide anestezi

Öz

Bu olgu sunumunda, adrenolökodistrofi ve mitokondriyal miyopatisi olan bir olgudaki lomber spondilolistezis operasyonu için verilen genel anestezi uygulaması anlatıldı ve bu hastalıklarda anestezi sırasında dikkat edilmesi gereken önemli noktalar vurgulandı.
