Aurikulada vegetatif kitle: Seboreik Keratoz

Öz

Seboreik keratoz çoğunlukla gövdede, daha az sıklıkla ekstremiteler, yüz ve kafa derisinde görülen, epidermisin hiperkeratotik bir lezyonudur. Elli yaşlarında erkek hastada uzun süredir var olan, yavaş büyüyen, sağ aurikulada yerleşimli, 2 cm çaplı, sert, kahverengi-siyah renkli, kitle saptandı. Histopatolojik inceleme sonucunda seboreik keratoz tanısı kondu.

Vegetative mass in auricula: Seborrheic Keratosis

Abstract

Seborrheic keratosis is a common hyperkeratotic lesion of the epidermis, that usually occurs in the trunk and less frequently in the extremities, face, and the scalp. An 50-year-old man presented with a long-standing, slowly growing, firm, Brown-black mass, 2 cm in size, located at the skin of the right auricula. Histopathologic examination showed seborrheic keratosis. J Clin Exp Invest 2014; 5 (2): 320-322
