Abstract

Infantile hemangioendothelioma is a rare tumor in the liver in children under 3 years of age. It is usually incidentally detected but may also occur with liver enlargement. Herein a case of neonatal infantile hemangioendothelioma in liver with hepatosplenomegaly and respiratory-circulatory failure resulting in monitoring is presented with literature. Yenidoğan karaciğerinde diffüz-fatal infantil hemanjiyoendotelyoma: Olgu sunumu

Öz

İnfantil hemanjioendotelyoma 3 yaşın altındaki çocuklarda karaciğerde görülebilen nadir bir tümördür. Genellikle insidental saptanmakla birlikte karaciğer büyümesiyle de ortaya çıkabilirler. Burada hepatosplenomegalisi olan ve takibinde solunum-dolaşım yetmezliği gelişen yenidoğan bir hasta karaciğerinde infantil hemanjioendotelyoma olgusu literatür eşliğinde sunulmaktadır.
