Yenidoğan Yoğun Bakım Ünitesinde Yatan Prematüre Bebeklerde Ekstrauterin Büyüme Geriliği ve Etki Eden Faktörler

Abstract

Amaç: Ekstrauterin büyüme geriliği EUBG prematüre bebeklerde görülen en sık morbidite olarak kabul edilmektedir. Bu çalışmada amacımız ünitemizde izlenen prematüre bebeklerde EUBG sıklığını ve etki eden risk faktörlerini saptamaktı.Gereç ve Yöntem: Çalışmamıza, yenidoğan yoğun bakım ünitesinde izlenen ve taburcu edilen, doğum ağırlığı 1500 gr’ın altında, doğum haftası 33 haftadan küçük olan çok düşük doğum ağırlıklı ÇDDA 108 bebek dahil edildi. Hastaların demografik özellikleri, tartı takipleri, ek morbiditeleri incelendi; günlük kalori alımları, doğum ve taburculuk tartı persentilleri hesaplandı ve değerlendirildi. Bulgular: Hastalarımızın ortalama gestasyon haftası 29,0±2,4 hafta; ortalama doğum tartıları 1094±279 gramdı. Çalışmamızda %26,9 hastada intrauterin büyüme kısıtlılığı İUBK tespit edildi, EUBG oranı ise %75 olarak saptandı. EUBG olan ve olmayan bebeklerin doğum tartıları veya gestasyon haftaları arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık görülmedi ancak EUBG olan bebeklerde İUBK oranı EUBG olmayanlardan anlamlı p
